7 Path ® Self Hypnosis
As a trained teacher of meditation I was aware of the links between meditation and hypnosis, the relaxed and peaceful mind, the quietening of thoughts. So, I was at first reluctant to embrace the 7 Path ® method of self hypnosis which apparently offered many benefits I associated with meditation, I assumed it was a ‘quick fix’ of temporary value.... how wrong I was!
I have witnessed great strides towards self healing, self insight, peace and tranquillity. Working with self hypnosis, making time for just three short sessions a day (including one at bedtime, and yes it’s ok to fall asleep doing it) I have seen clients achieve levels of self peace that I previously associated with years of dedicated meditation.
